Our Story

The Standard Arena Plus began as a vision shared by a group of dedicated educators who saw a gap in the availability of quality, accessible educational resources in Kenya. What started as a small collection of exam papers shared among a few schools in Nairobi has grown into a nationwide platform trusted by thousands of teachers, parents, and schools across the country.

Our journey began in 2022 when our founder, Kevin Onsinsi, with over 20 years of experience, realized that many educators were spending countless hours creating materials from scratch. This was time that could be better spent engaging with students. She began compiling and refining resources, and soon colleagues from other schools started requesting copies.

Word spread quickly through teachers’ networks, WhatsApp groups, and education forums. By 2023, we had launched our first digital platform, making our resources available to anyone with an internet connection. Today, we serve over 15,000 registered users across all 47 counties of Kenya, from urban centers like Nairobi and Mombasa to remote rural communities.

Our growth has been organic and community-driven. Every resource we share has been reviewed, tested in real classrooms, and refined based on feedback from practicing teachers. We have seen our materials help students improve their grades, boost teacher confidence, and bring consistency to learning across different schools.

We have also expanded beyond just exam papers. Teachers asked for lesson plans, so we created them. They needed schemes of work, so we built those too. Parents wanted revision materials for their children at home, and we delivered. Each step of our journey has been guided by the real needs of the educators and families we serve.

Today, we continue to grow, innovate, and support the next generation of Kenyan learners. Our story is still being written, and we invite you to be part of it.
